Why you should choose us
With every sale we made, we give a chance to a better life to those with mental health issues and other disabilities. We rely on support of volunteers and is integral to the efforts of raising awareness and amplifying the voice of the Merry Women Mental Health Community. As a 100% volunteer organisation, Merry Women Mental Health Community depends on volunteers to raise awareness for and support the delivery of our priority programs for Home, Community, Education and Employment. Across the world, more than 1 in 20 people have ADHD, and/or other mental illnesses, and/or rare syndromes, so chances are someone you know and love is affected by one of these.
This project started when I first decided to do something for my life and my children’s life too. As a mom of special needs adult, with no future because of his mental health issues, within this shop I intend to give chances to people with different disabilities to sell their products and this way they feel useful to the world and not ignored or stereotyped.
